A. LMS INSURANCE BENEFITS
Benefits & Sum Insurance Payable per Fare Paying Passengers
(i)  Accidental death or total permanent disablement -   RM 25,000.00
(ii) Loss of both hands or both feet or sight of both eyes -  RM 25,000.00
(iii) Loss of one hand and one foot -            RM 25,000.00
(iv) Loss of either hand or foot and sight of one eye -    RM 25,000.00
(v) Loss of either hand or foot -              RM 25,000.00
(vi) Loss of sight of one eye -               RM 25,000.00
(vii) Medical expenses (due to accidental causes only) -  RM 750.00
(viii) Loss of luggage:-To provide coverage for loss or damage to personal luggage
& personal effects** during a scheduled journey in the event of:
(**exclude jewellery, laptop, camera, cash, iPad, all types of hand/smart phone)
(1)    Accident - RM 500
(2)    Theft -   RM 500
